ADDRESSING THE HOUSING CRISIS
As rents continue to increase and the supply of housing stays stagnant, homelessness continues to rise as this crisis deepens. The lack of affordable housing has plagued growing cities for years. Though these metropolitan cities bring promise of new jobs, affordable housing is far to come by, leaving many to forgo the space, amenities and other simple necessities.
COMBATING THE CRISIS
Through our research we have learned that it is the basic amenities that are the grass roots required to create a homey and comfortable livable space for individuals to enjoy. Over the past year it has been our goal to put into action a plan, to create spaces, starting in the cities of Long Beach and Wilmington, that allow residents to not only enjoy living in LA County’s vibrant cities, but do so without creating a large financial burden. Our team’s experience with living in cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles, has allowed us to create apartment homes that are not only functional, but give residents the flexibility and comfort of having a space of their own.
OUR MISSION
We believe that our apartment homes are the beginning in the journey to combat this state’s lack of affordable living spaces. It is our mission to expand our footprint and bring this solution to as many communities as we can. We hope that our residents and future residents join us as we take these small steps to creating a wholesome affordable home for the people of Los Angeles and beyond.
